There's a saying that it takes a village to raise a child, by the grace of God this is our mission.  Life is not a straight path, there are turns and zig zags in it.  Some get off course when there's a turn and it can lead to a destructive path.  We at ROC are committing ourselves too providing the youth and young adults the tools needed to break barriers and excel.  It is our pleasure to serve you and this is the beginning of a great movement that will affect and equip a generation for "life".
